(B) LES VERBES EN -IR

Exemple: bâtir - to build

                                  je bâtis

                                  tu bâtis

                     il/ elle/ on bâtit

                              nous bâtissons

                              vous bâtissez

                        ils/ elles bâtissent

 NOTES

1. Be careful! There are many verbs in French which end in -IR but they are not regular, like sortir (to go out) or dormir (to sleep).
